01 — What can be customised
Six variables, set before the run.

Sheet size & ply
From a compact 115 × 175 mm table pack to 150 × 205 mm flat-box sheets, in 2, 3 or 4 ply. Tell us the size in millimetres or inches — we convert.

Sheet count & pack format
100, 240, 320, 360, 400 or higher counts; single packs, 5-packs, 8-pack carries and hanging bottom-draw packs.

Printed film
Full-colour artwork on the wrapper. Send AI or PDF at 300 dpi with bleed; we check it against the pack dieline before printing.

Carry pack & handle
Shrink-wrapped carries with or without a handle, printed or clear film, in counts that suit your shelf and your freight.

Carton & shipping marks
Carton dimensions, marking layout and barcode labels made to your instructions — including mixed SKUs per carton where volumes allow.

Embossing & paper
Edge or full-face embossing, and virgin wood pulp on selected lines. Paper weight (gsm) confirmed on the quotation.

A photo of a pack you like is enough to start. Finished artwork comes later.
Destination port
So we can indicate freight and container fill where useful.
Any labelling rules
Language, barcode format, importer details — send the regulation and we will follow it.
03 — Order terms
Stated plainly, before you commit.
- Minimum order
- 1,000 pieces per SKU, negotiable. Mixed SKUs in one container are possible.
- Price basis
- FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, quoted per carton with net weight and CBM stated.
- Sampling
- Stock samples sent at courier cost. Custom-label samples quoted per project after artwork approval.
- Timing
- Quotation within 3 working days. Production lead time confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice.
Payment terms stated on the proforma invoice. Loading photos sent before the container leaves.
04 — The run
Five steps, no surprises.
Brief & quotation
Your six-line brief becomes a priced spec: paper weight, sheet count, packs per carton, net weight and CBM.
Artwork & dieline
We send the dieline for your size, you place artwork on it, then we check colour, bleed and barcode placement.
Pre-production sample
A sample pack from the actual film and paper, photographed and sent for written approval before the full run.
Production & in-line QC
Folding, embossing, wrapping and cartoning on our lines, with sheet count and seal checked through the run.
Loading & documents
Container stuffing at Ningbo or Shanghai, loading photos and the shipping documents your forwarder needs.

Both. The four brands in our catalogue are ours and available as stock; everything on this page is produced to your label, film and carton.
AI or PDF, 300 dpi, with bleed and fonts outlined. If you only have a flat design file, send it — we will place it on the dieline and return a proof.
Yes, where each SKU meets the piece count. Send the assortment and we will work out the carton plan against the container volume.
Send the pack, or a photo with the sheet size and sheet count. We match the paper weight and ply, and confirm the difference in writing if an exact match is not possible.
