We fold, emboss, print and pack tissue — four house brands and private label for buyers abroad. The plant is in Hefei, Anhui; the containers leave from Ningbo and Shanghai.
01 — The plant
What happens under our roof.
Jumbo rolls come in; folded, embossed, wrapped and cartoned tissue goes out. Between those two points is our work — and the part of a tissue order that decides whether the container arrives looking like the sample.
We are a converter, not a pulp mill. We buy the paper and convert it — which is why we can quote gsm, ply and net weight precisely, and why we do not claim to make the pulp ourselves.

03 — How we work
Three things we refuse to guess.
Sheet count
A pack is sold on its count. Ours are checked in-line through the run, not only at the start — because the last carton is the one your customer complains about.
Paper weight
Two packs can carry the same sheet count at different gsm. We state the gsm, net weight per pack and net weight per carton on the quotation, so price is comparable.
Carton and marks
Carton size, stacking strength and shipping marks are agreed before production — the unglamorous details that decide whether a container arrives saleable.
04 — Getting it there
Out through Ningbo and Shanghai.
Hefei sits inland; our containers run by truck to Ningbo or Shanghai for loading. For mixed orders we can consolidate alongside other goods — useful when a first order is a test of several packs rather than one full container of a single SKU.
