03 — The plant
Our converting plant sits in Hefei, Anhui — folding, embossing, printing and packing under one roof. These are not trading-house samples: the paper in the photos is run, folded and wrapped on our own lines.
Edge and full-face embossing, with sheet count held consistent from the first pack to the last carton.

04 — Reading a quote
In China, tissue is often compared by weight — grams per pack, or grams per square metre of paper. If you buy by sheet count and ply, the numbers never line up. Three figures make any quote comparable: gsm, sheet size, and net weight per carton.
The weight of the paper itself. Two packs can carry the same sheet count at 14 gsm and 18 gsm, and feel nothing alike.
What you actually pay freight on. Ask for it per pack and per carton, not per ton of paper.
Carton size drives how many fit in a 20′ or 40′HQ — often the difference between a good and a bad landed cost.

Estimate only: paper weight, not film, ink, glue or pallet. Carton loading assumes 0.055 m³ per carton and 28 / 68 m³ usable space — your packing list will state the exact figures.

Yes. Film, carry-pack and carton printing are all customisable, along with sheet size, ply and sheet count. Send artwork as AI or PDF at 300 dpi and we check it against the dieline before production.
Stock samples of current packs can be sent at courier cost. Custom-label samples are quoted per project once artwork is approved.
Per carton, FOB Ningbo or Shanghai. Price follows paper weight (gsm), ply, sheet count and pack format — which is why two packs at the same sheet size can quote differently.
We quote worldwide. Most orders load at Ningbo or Shanghai; give us the destination port and we will include a freight indication where useful.
